EMPLOYEE ACTIVATION





AOK has a complex, extensive brand core with countless brand statements that no employee really knows. Together with Prof. Blümelhuber from the UdK, game developer Daniela Kuka and graphic designer Roman Roth, we came up with a game for playful communication and team building. At four experience-rich game tables and in a workshop knitted around it, the employees got to know each other and experienced the brand statement in adventures, transferred it to other contexts of meaning and thus climbed the island mountain. In this way, more than 800 employees across Germany were able to participate at 4 mobile game tables.
